The production line is designed to have a daily processing capacity of up to 80 tons, precisely targeting at chicken bones, chicken offal and other slaughtering wastes, introducing advanced PLC automatic control system, realizing closed, safe and intelligent production process, which not only greatly improves the processing efficiency, but also ensures the operation process to be environmentally friendly and resource-saving. This innovative initiative has undoubtedly set up a model of green and efficient slaughtering waste treatment for the industry. Taking this opportunity, Hebei Chengzhu Machinery Group further ploughs into the field of resource utilization of slaughter waste, focuses on the research and development and application of protein conversion technology, and devotes itself to pushing the green industry to a new height.
