The general working flow is as following:

i.Pre-heat the cooker for several minutes.

ii.Load raw material into batch cooker through the belt conveyor.

iii.Seal the input inlet cover and start working equipment iv.With the steam input of 7bars (700kg/hr), build the pressure inside the cooker until it reaches up to 0.2-0.35 Mpa and keep it for about 20 minutes; during this time the temperature of material is about 140℃ which will kill Escherichia coli bacteria and any other potential harmful bacteria. Keep the pressure at 0.2-0.35 Mpa by slowly releasing the small bypass valve for the whole duration of 30 minutes.

v.After maintaining the pressure of 0.2-0.35 Mpa for 20 minutes, start slowly releasing the bigger valve for a duration of 1 hour. It will be directed to the odor processing system.

vi.Keep the steady steam of 7 bars (700kg/hr) for about 4-5 hours to complete the drying. (The time of drying can vary depending on the input and its initial moisture content) vii.Discharge the meal and storage it as meal for feeds. Why this small compact rendering equipment is popular at that time. The first reason is Philipppines has a lot of islands. The land transportation is not so convenient. The averagely capacity of the poultry processing plants is 30,000-40,000 birds daily. The small compact rendering equipment just meet that standard. The second reason is the price is cheaper. For example, the vacuum system and negative pressure system. The cooker can reach -0.06Mpa. It maximally increases the drying efficiency.
